-
Damian Priest vs. R-Truth
-
Paige vs. Nikki Bella
-
Start Time: 8:00 PM ET
Key Storylines & Analysis
1. Cody Rhodes vs. Randy Orton
-
The Feud: The hostility between Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton has been escalating since the road to WrestleMania 42. Orton punted Cody on Night 1 of WrestleMania 42 and later returned at SummerSlam 2026 to cost him the Undisputed WWE Championship, as well as a spot in the 2026 Men’s Money in the Bank match.
-
The Stakes: Orton has continuously doubted Cody’s ability to deliver under pressure. However, Cody has made it clear that he will hijack every show until he gets his desired match against Orton, showing a much sharper, war-ready attitude on recent episodes.
2. Damian Priest vs. R-Truth
-
The Motivation: Damian Priest is looking to recapture the ruthless edge that previously made him the WWE World Heavyweight Champion. To do this, he has targeted R-Truth, declaring that he is finished carrying “dead weight” and wants to cleanse himself of his former self.
-
The Outlook: While R-Truth is a beloved comedic character, he is a seasoned veteran and a former United States, Intercontinental, and multi-time Tag Team Champion. Despite Truth’s competitive background, analysts believe Priest’s current sharp and aggressive form makes this a heavily lopsided challenge.
3. Paige vs. Nikki Bella
-
The Revenge: Paige is fiercely fired up and seeking heavy retribution against Nikki Bella.
-
The Expectation: The article suggests fans might witness the return of the dominant “Paige of old”—reminiscent of the ruthless competitor who defeated AJ Lee on her very first night on Monday Night Raw to capture the championship.
